girls help! i took a re-bond 7 mos ago( dat was last November) it was straight and shiny.. i'm not tying my hair to keep it straight...
then i decided to take a re-bond again last sunday june 1,coz it has a curve already but not on the same salon, my hair was almost 2 inches above my hip already.. i never had a long hair before that's why i did keep it long until last sunday...
on that day, after long waiting when the hair stylist was about to cut my hair i suddenly noticed that it has a lot of frizzy hair coming out!it was overcooked!
i freaked out! telling her wat she hve done 2 my hair! she told me that '; she will cut the edges and take off the damage hair';.of course i got mad %26amp; angry because the damage is almost 15 inches!! then she was just going to cut it?!!sh**T after sacrificing to get a long hair then she was just going to cut it?!then i spoke to d mnger they told me they fix it again..
i wash it after 3 days hoping dat it will not get frizzy but it did!

2. GO BACK TO THE SALON! Be like ';ok, you ruined my hair! (get your money back if you havent already) say like I grew my hair out and now, its ruined! Try and get extentions SOMEWHERE ELSE, and make them pay you the total cost of what they charged you

I need some advice from you guys/gals... ok I really like my barber... And I have already sent her flowers with a little hints that they were from me. Now I came up with this plan that I'm gonna go in for a hair cut. And then I'll be like ';hey I am interested in becoming a barber my self and it would be really helpful If I could get your number so you could give me some information on it';????? But in reality she knows I am trying to ask her out.... So she will give me her number.... Should I do that?In love with a hair stylist! :P?

Ok so i had to bleach my hair to dye it back to its normal color so i use wellite with a 40 developer creme then i used ions light blonde with a neutral and gold base and a 20developer creme ... my problem is is that it is way to light so i bought a new color by wella that is a dirty blonde (natural color) and and it has a gold/neutral base too and i planned on using a 20 with it. Ok see i never died my hair before this is hadnt dyed my hair for like a year and i never put heat to it and it is very healthy ... so what im asking is will this dye over it ? and if so how long should i wait ? and dont say go to a professional i dont have 100's to drop on my hair THANK YOU ! =)Hair stylist this question is for you about coloring hair?

If this man is very involved with the community, chances are he will not readily get involved with a client. But don't give up on the situation...be your friendly self and see what happens. Hair Stylist ruined my hair!!! Will they give me refund?
I had my hair permed last week, it looks awful the curls have fallen out and it just looks frizzy plus when I run my fingers through my hair I can feel small patches where the hair is growing back as if the hair has been singed away. You cant see this damage but you can feel the patches all over but very small.
They are trying to fob me off and give me more treatments free of charge or a re do of the perm and saying that the perm is really good but I just want my money back! I dont want to cause a scene, have I got rights? Any links or past experiences would help!?Hair Stylist ruined my hair!!! Will they give me refund?
Yes u can have the money back as the result is not according to your expectations don't step back in case u have to creat a scene it's your right and their duty too to serve d customer according to her need.
No need to take any kind of treatments if u don't want and don't forget there is no chemical less treatments in parlour and chemical will again make d hair rough.

If they still dont then press for one and if not then say you will never have your hair done in their again and not recomend it to any friends or family. And if you're feeling particually evil then you could write a letter or email to your local newspaper saying what they did to your hair and that they would give refund, and if they get nasty with you for asking for one you could put that in the paper again.

Hair stylist messed up my hair!!! What to do?
I went to get a cut and blonde highlights in my light/medium brown hair. I had it last summer but my stylist wasnt there because she had a baby....so today I went to a new one and asked for the most experienced stylist....... and she cuts it fine (a little shorter than I wanted originally).....but then when she highlighted it...it was like 4 streaks of platinum blonde on top with large 1-2 inch pieces of brown inbetween.
I made her fix it by highlighting in between to have less brown chunks... and she ended up making the whole top of my head (except a streak or so) platinum blonde. The other lady I used will be in next week supposedly. But I paid $100 and sat there for 3 hours.
What should I do or say if I were to call them about it? Will they let the other stylist (the good one) redo it free? If so... what should I do with this platinum blonde top layer....just ask for a dark blonde color on my whole head instead?Hair stylist messed up my hair!!! What to do?

get a medium bolnde toner....they will do it for you and if you tell them that the girl didnt do what you asked for they should fix it for free. thats how fantastic sams does it... try it... my mom works there.but if it's some other place idk if they will fix it for free...

When you go to a reputable salon generally their policy is to make the customer happy. If you are unhappy with your color contact the salon and let them know what the problem is, most likely they will not charge you again to fix your hair. If they do charge you, I would suggest finding another salon in the future.
