I'm fairly new to Dallas and I can't seem to find the kind of hair salon I'm looking for. I want to dye my hair BLUE professionally... and most of the salons I've seen are more natural color sort of salons. I want someone who knows what their doing, has done it before on a normal basis sort of professional.
