Well I heard someone say . yeah shes legally blind.. This confused me cause can you be illegally blind? So why the Verb does that make it more official? Why not just say shes blind..I'm confused.. I was at my Hair stylist today..?
It means tests have been made before she was accepted and declared as blind. This way she has all the funds and advantages from the gov. for the disabled. I'm confused.. I was at my Hair stylist today..?
Legally blind means the person's vision is extremely poor.
You cannot call them blind since they do have sight.
Legally blind people can just barely see.
