How do get Ryan Seacrest hair...what do I tell barber/stylist?

I doubt there is anyone on this planet who doesn't know who Ryan Seacrest is and what his hair looks like, but just in case, take a picture of Ryan to your barber/stylist. I'm sure you are not the only customer that has come through their door wanting the Ryan Seacrest look. I get at least 3 a week and I only work 4 days a week.
