Does anyone know a really good hair stylist in Mesa, AZ (or close cities like Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert)?

I'm one of those people who have overprocessed do-it yourself perm. I know, I'm stuck in the 80's. But it's about time I get a makeover. Plus, I have never been to a hair salon in my life. I know, I'm sad. It's just that I never had the money, and I rather do my own hair myself. But I've been feeling depressed lately, cause my long-time boyfriend dumped me. I need a major makeover. And I have no clue how to change myself. I'd thought I start with a haircut. But what kind? Therefore I need a good stylist that would give me a good recommendation. Please help.Does anyone know a really good hair stylist in Mesa, AZ (or close cities like Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert)?
you probably wont believe this cause i didnt believe it either at first but walmart salons really do hair good. i live in queen creek and today my grandma got her hair done at the salon in walmart by this african american lady and she did a really good job. You should check it out and see if near you they have a stylist that specializes in african american hairDoes anyone know a really good hair stylist in Mesa, AZ (or close cities like Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert)?
I live in Mesa, too. I ended up finding a good stylist by looking around online. I love how she did my hair, but I already had an idea of what I wanted. You could still try it, since it's not horribly overpriced. It's called Studio 3-26 and it's on the southeast corner of Alma School and Baseline.
