i assume you mean are there lots of jobs in it? yes there are. but it typically doesn't make much money and most places don't offer benefits or vacation. Plus you need to work at the same place for years before you develop a good clientele.Availability to be a hair stylist?
There is a TON of money to be made in the cosmetology industry if you are good and you manage yourself right. The best thing to do is to go to a busy salon right out of beauty school and work on building up a clientele. After about two years you should have enough clients to go out on your own. Booth rental is the hot thing now. You pay to rent a room and then you run it as your own little salon.
People who don't make money in the industry are either not skilled, have poor people skills, or are in the wrong salon!
