I'm a guy that wants a scene/emo hair, where do I find a stylist in my area?

i've been growing my hair out forever, and i think its long enough now to get styled. where do i find a stylist? i live in downey, california. i've been looking everywhere and can't find one what should i do? how much do they normally cost? if i get my hair styled scene/skaterish, how often will i have to revisit to get it trimmed/clean looking again?I'm a guy that wants a scene/emo hair, where do I find a stylist in my area?
I personally suggest 'HAIRROIN HAIR SALON' its the best in California for funky stuff.

just print out a picture or take one from a magazine and show it to them. make sure to tell them your specifications.

Search 'Hair salons in California' on Google maps. It'll give you quite a few. I'd agree with one of the other comments, take in a picture of what you want doing. It would depend how fast your hair grows to determine how often you'd need to go back. Although, if you get it into a style you like, even if it grows out fast it should stay looking nice for a while until you get it cut again. :)
Go to Fantastic Sams where they will mess it up so bad, it will totally be scene, Hahaa. Then you can paint your nails Black and where some Eyeliner, and some butt-hugger jeans.
Don't do it.. That ';style'; looks so terrible. I mean, unless you want to look like a girl.

well, you can really go anywhere that they cut hair.. just bring a picture. as far as how often you'd have to retouch, it depends on how fast your hair grows and how it grows out. good thing about hairstyles like that though, is that even if you grow them out a bit they still look unkept good, so that gives you some time.
