Your not looking for the right thing. Any stylist can do a scene hair cut, just show them a picture. So find a cut you like, print it, and show it to the person who is gunna cut your hair.Scene Hair Stylist..KENTUCKY?!?
I would highly recommend you take a picture of the scene or emo style. Many stylist when presented with a photo have no problem recreating it precisely the way it's displayed. So look around online for the perfect cut, print it and take it with you.

Ok, so try at someplace like Great Clips, or even the Dilliards hair place. My friend got his hair cut at Dilliards, and he took pictures to show how he wanted it, and it ended up looking absolutely amazing.
yeah i agree with posuer they do great scene cuts at dillards. . . of all places right??
