You will need very short extensions for the top to give it that height.


And long ones on the bottom for the length (unless you have long hair)





Take the pic in.
What I do is show the stylist the picture and tell her u want short layers on top and long on the bottom. Also tell her u want it thinned out. And make sure she doesn't cut ur layers too short. I have this hair and hays what I had said.
